"Excellent management Company‎‎.  I was transferred by my company to Greenville from Connecticut 2 years ago. When we came to check out the area we thought we had a house all leased and lined up. When I got back to CT I called the other Company to verify they received my bank check. They told me they rented the house to somebody else that came in with cash! I had 2 weeks to move! I found CREATIVE HOUSING on line and contacted them immediately! I was FRANTIC! Peyton & Barbie were absolutely FANTASTIC! They found a house in the neighborhood we wanted close to my job & all conveniences! Since I couldn't physically SEE the house they e-mailed pictures & put my fears to rest! I didn't even get the keys until I showed up with ALL our belongings in our U-Haul! Since moving in they have been FABULOUS! If anything needs repair it is handle professionally & promptly. We have signed a 3 year lease because they are handling this property & hope to renew following. I have also recommended their company to other friends & co-workers that they have also SUCCESSFULLY helped!
